Our robes are designed to fit everyone perfectly, which is why they have a slightly larger fit. We recommend that women purchase one size smaller than their usual size.

Can I order custom-sized products?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service. We hope that the sizes and colors proposed will meet your needs.

Why do bed linens have a few extra centimeters compared to what is reported on the website?

Our bed linen, like all those made from natural fibers, shrink up to 4-5% after the first wash. That's why we make our products with a few extra centimeters compared to the final measurement.

For which mattress is a fitted sheet ideal?

Our fitted sheet is perfect for mattresses ranging from 20 to 30 cm in height.

Dalfilo pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Because your personalized embroidery is crafted directly by the hands of our artisans and will require approximately 10 working days for complete processing.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from the courier to track the shipment of your order.

Can I modify my order?

You can modify your order until it has been processed by our warehouse. Write an email to our customer service (support.uk@dalfilo.com).

How can I make a return?

If you wish to return your order or part of your order, please send an email to support.uk@dalfilo.com with the order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Subsequently, you will receive the procedure to follow for your return.
You can prepare the items for return using the original packaging. If it is not available, you can return the items using alternative packaging. Please ensure that it is well sealed to prevent loss of the products.

Can I exchange items of my order?

If you would like to exchange one or more items of your order, please email our customer service at support.uk@dalfilo.com and let us know which items you would like to exchange and which items you would like to have in exchange.

Is your order incomplete?

If your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service at support.uk@dalfilo.com, and they will assist you with your request.

An item in my order is defective/faulty

Please check the condition of your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the package. If there is an issue with any of the products, we would kindly ask you to send us a photo of the defective item so that we can better understand the problem and work with you to find a solution.
