THE SAMPLING PROCESS

Extreme care and attention to detail lead our craftsmen to try out the design - in the case of patterned sheets - or the desired colour on fabric before proceeding to the final version. This is the sampling phase, still performed by hand with print squares reproducing a portion of the design.

THE BASE FROM WHICH TO START

The fabric undergoes a preparation and dyeing process. This step is essential to ensure colour uniformity and stability of the fabric during successive finishing treatments. It also ensures the highest quality and durability of the final product.

THE PRECISION OF SKILLED HANDS

The fabric is precisely cut by Luigi, respecting the required measurements. This is a process that requires care and precision craftsmanship.
